PYRimeter Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 14, 2026

PYRimeter is a software service operated by White Dog Haven, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information in connection with the PYRimeter website, application, and authorized third-party integrations.

  1. 1. Information We Collect

Depending on how PYRimeter is used, we may process:

Account and organization information: Names, business contact details, account identifiers, organization memberships, user permissions, and related account information.

Inventory and listing information: Product photographs, descriptions, stock identifiers, quantities, prices, listing configurations, and marketplace publication records.

Marketplace information: When authorized by a connected account holder, information made available by marketplaces such as eBay, including seller account identifiers, listing identifiers, orders, sales amounts, fees, refunds, and fulfillment information.

Limited buyer information: Buyer names, delivery information, contact details, or other personal information when necessary for authorized marketplace operations, fulfillment, support, compliance, or transaction processing.

Technical information: Authentication events, application activity, browser and device information, diagnostic information, and security-related records.

The categories of information processed depend on the services and integrations actually used.

  2. 2. How We Use Information

    We process information to:

    • Provide and administer PYRimeter.
    • Authenticate users and manage organizational access.
    • Prepare, create, publish, update, and manage marketplace listings.
    • Synchronize inventory and marketplace transactions.
    • Process authorized order and fulfillment information.
    • Reconcile sales, refunds, fees, and related financial records.
    • Exchange information with authorized accounting and business applications.
    • Maintain operational records and investigate errors.
    • Protect the security and integrity of the service.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and privacy requests.
    • Comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations.

We do not use marketplace buyer personal information for unrelated advertising or sell that information.

  3. 3. eBay and Other Marketplace Integrations

PYRimeter may connect to third-party marketplaces, including eBay, using supported authorization methods such as OAuth.

When an account holder authorizes a connection, PYRimeter may access information and perform actions within the permissions granted and the capabilities supported by the integration.

Marketplace information is processed to provide services requested by the authorized account holder and in accordance with applicable marketplace requirements.

Users may disconnect supported integrations or revoke authorization through available account or marketplace controls.

Revoking authorization may prevent future access. Previously processed records may remain where necessary for legitimate accounting, legal, operational, or contractual purposes, subject to applicable marketplace-specific restrictions and deletion requirements.

  4. 4. Information Sharing

We may disclose information as necessary to operate authorized services, including to:

    • Connected marketplaces and third-party applications.
    • Accounting and inventory platforms authorized by the customer.
    • Hosting, infrastructure, authentication, security, and technical service providers.
    • Payment processors when subscription billing services are introduced.
    • Professional advisers or government authorities where legally required or permitted.

We do not sell personal information.

Third-party platforms may process information under their own privacy policies and contractual terms.

  5. 5. Payment Information

If paid subscriptions are introduced, subscription payments are expected to be processed by third-party payment providers.

PYRimeter is not designed to store complete payment card numbers or card security codes in its application database.

Billing information, invoices, transaction references, and payment status may be processed as necessary to administer subscriptions and maintain financial records.

  6. 6. Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.

These include authenticated access, organization-scoped permissions, and protections for stored integration credentials.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

  7. 7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information according to its purpose and applicable legal, contractual, operational, and marketplace requirements.

Inventory records, marketplace publication history, transaction records, accounting information, and audit history may have different retention needs.

We seek to minimize unnecessary buyer personal information and limit its retention to legitimate purposes.

Marketplace-specific deletion obligations may require deletion or de-identification of certain information even when other business records must be preserved.

Requests involving retained information will be evaluated in accordance with applicable law, contractual requirements, and identity-verification needs.

  8. 8. Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information.

To submit a privacy inquiry or request, contact:

We may need to verify the identity and authority of the requester before acting.

Certain records may be retained where permitted or required by applicable law or contractual obligations.

  9. 9. Cookies and Website Technologies

The current PYRimeter public website does not intentionally use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or nonessential cookies.

The application may use authentication or session technologies necessary to provide authorized access and protect the service.

Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information as part of delivering and securing the website.

If our tracking practices materially change, we will update this policy and implement any legally required notices or consent mechanisms.
